Welcome Andreas Ekström

We are welcoming journalist, writer and lecturer Andreas Ekström to the agency! Andreas is a columnist at major daily Sydsvenskan and a prize-winning international speaker working across 30+ countries. His TED Talk that has garnered over two million views. Andreas has written in the non-fiction space in the past, but never before with such an emotional and personal perspective.

With his forthcoming essayistic memoir, TWO BOYS – ONE LIFE, publishing at Weyler Förlag in April, Andreas strikes out on a new path in his writing. This is a deeply personal and intensely moving narrative which explores friendship, loss, illness, grief, and survival, following the death of his best friend Henrik, at the age of 12 in 1987. Now, while waiting for a life-saving liver transplant himself, Andreas starts investigating Henrik’s death and the catastrophic effect it had on his own life, while contemplating mortality, memory and legacy.
