Congratulations Jenny!
Huge congratulations to Jenny Jägerfeld – she did it again! Our multi-talented Jenny brings lots of things to celebrate, from nominations and awards, successful launches of both a middle grade novel and a non-fiction novel, to theatre premieres and ongoing film projects.
Jenny Jägerfeld’s book My Royal Grand Golden Life has now won the Swedish Radio’s Children Book Award for 2020’s best book for children in the ages 9-12. It is the second time Jenny Jägerfeld wins this prestigious award – she also won in 2018 with her book Comedy Queen.

“My Royal Grand Golden Life is a given winner! It is both funny and serious. We are all struggling with something, just like Sigge, and it feels so good to know you are not alone. Being able to make jokes is good, but maybe not about everything, and the author balances the humor with the gravity in a really good way. A good laugh and a reminder that we are all struggling. The only question is: When is the sequel coming?”
We are so happy for our incredible author – and Jenny isn’t the one to disappoint her fans: The sequel My Royal Grand Golden Death is coming in March 2021! We can’t wait!
