Cilla and Rolf Börjlind, Sweden’s most praised script writers for crime and thrillers, and bestselling authors. Spring Tide, the first book in the series about Olivia Rönning and Tom Stilton, has been sold to over 30 countries.

Their books are characterized by charismatic characters and the stories depicture Sweden, full of social conflicts. The routine from script writing is reflected in the ability to create tension and twisted plots. Everything is tied together, elegantly and sometimes surprising. The Spring Tide series first aired on Swedish television 2016 and new seasons are being developed. The author’s extensive experience include writing 26 Martin Beck-films. In 2004 and 2009 Swedish television showed their original crime series The Grave and The Murders, written for SVT. The series became an immediate successes, among the critics as well as with the audience.

The signature wit remains vibrantly alive in their standalone novel The Astonishing Tale of Georg von Nothing, published in 2022 — a humorous and heartfelt story where the authors’ generosity of spirit is given full expression.

The Darkness Between Us is a stand alone project written by Rolf Börjlind and his and Cilla Börjlind’s daughter Molly Börjlind. An edgy and dark thriller that takes place in a “closed room” setting
